LaÎntreținere.ro is a simple maintenance management application for apartment buildings and beyond. This application is designed to be easy to use, with essential features for managing buildings, apartments, common spaces, and residents.
How does it work?
Only building administrators can register on LaÎntreținere.ro. Their account goes through a validation process (email and phone number verification), and after validation and building setup, they can invite building residents through an email-based invitation system. Each resident will have their own account where they can view all expenses for their residential space, interact with the administration, and make online payments (if desired) for their consumption and ownership.
For administrators
Configure buildings, create apartments, invite residents, and track occupancy changes with full access to history.
For residents
Accept invitations, activate your account, and select the active apartment when you manage multiple properties.
